Personalized & Private Surf Lessons on Maui
Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy private and Exclusive Private Group lessons are perfect for surfers looking for a more personalized or one-on-one experience. Smaller group sizes or one-on-one instruction allows your coach to give you hands-on tips and suggestions to have you catching waves in no time!
Private sessions are also great for young children who might require extra instruction. Children 9 years old and younger are required to take a private lesson. Our experienced and patient coaches provide personalized instruction for every surfer, whether you’re catching your first wave or refining advanced skills.
After a brief, thorough lesson on the sand, we get you right into the water so you can get lots of practice on the waves and hone your surfing skills. Let us introduce you to our favorite Hawaii water sport or help you become a more advanced surfer. Join us for a lesson!

Please note: Group lessons must have two students minimum, and a maximum of four students. In the unlikely event of only one student confirmed into a group lesson, we will try to reschedule that student into another group lesson time slot, or the student can choose to pay an extra fee for a private class instead.
