Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy private and semi-private lessons are perfect for surfers looking for a more personalized experience. Smaller group sizes or one-on-one instruction allow our guides to give hands-on tips and suggestions to have you catching waves in no time!
Private sessions are also great for young children who might require extra instruction. Our patient guides know how to give plenty of instruction to anyone who wants to surf, no matter your skill level!
After a brief but thorough lesson on the sand, we get you right into the water so you can get lots of practice on the waves and hone your surfing skills. Let us introduce you to our favorite Hawaii watersport or help you become a more advanced surfer. Join us for a lesson!

Please note: Group lessons must have two students minimum, and a maximum of five students. In the unlikely event of only one student confirmed into a group lesson, we will try to reschedule that student into another group lesson time slot, or the student can choose to pay an extra fee for a private class instead.
